There are many reasons for the phenomenal success story of the SAAA, but the single most important factor is probably its impeccable connections: nationally it enjoys the support of the various industry organisations, such as the Perishable Products Export Control Board (PPECB) and overseas partnerships include the Netherlands Centre for Promotion of Imports from Developing Countries, and various Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Export Councils.
